Quality Assurance is at the core of the Fulcrum Manufacturing Ltd 'Business Model'. The company culture and success is formed upon our strict adherence to our internal Quality Management System (QMS).
This QMS is ingrained into our company strategy and culture, with all Fulcrum Manufacturing staff regularly undergoing training to ensure they have an awareness of their immediate and wider working environment, as well as the impact and benefits of a successful QMS.
Our bespoke Quality Management System (QMS) has been implemented with the primary aim of maintaining customer satisfaction and this is sustained by adhering to the following principles:
Continually monitoring & improving the effectiveness of the QMS.
All employees are actively engaged in the implementation of Continuous Improvement Activities & have ownership of their own working environment to further streamline workflow.
All staff are responsible for the application of the company's Quality Objectives within the daily performance of their duties.
The implementation of this policy is of primary importance to the management of Fulcrum Manufacturing Ltd and with the application of these principles; we feel we're ideally placed to continue to meet or even exceed our customers' requirements, both now and in the future.
Quality Assurance Expansion
We've recently doubled our Quality Assurance department to assist the quality inspection of our increasing productivity and to ensure we continue to provide our customers with components made to a very high standard.
